Description
Hello there,
My name is Laetitia and I just turned 41. I moved to Santo Domingo in September 2024 for my new job at the “Allianza Francesa” as a french teacher and then I spent the summer volonteering in the north of the island, working in a kitesurfing school. My main job was to attend our new clients, prepare the rooms and attend the bar and the restaurant. I was also in charge of the check-in/out. Some days I would do some painting : I painted our beach bench and the stairs of the roof top.
Cocerning my skills: I have solid experience in managing social media, creating content, writing posts, updating websites, email campaigns, and online advertising. I’m also really good at photography and videos. I do great reels.
I am also a writer so I really enjoy peaceful moment on my free time.
Many years ago, before being a teacher, I worked in resorts for a few years so I am good in communication and public relations. I also worked in hostels so I can help you with the check-in/check out and cleaning. I worked in a cattle station in Australia for almost a year, I can help you in a farm or with animals in général (I am an animal lover !)
I am good at gardening and cooking, I am also a good photographer. I am fluent in spanish and I used to speak portuguese. I speak good english (it was my major at the university) and french is my mother tongue.
I travel with my female dog and we love the outdoors. I found her when she was a puppy, abandonned in the desert in Mexico. We are together for 3 years now and she is family :)
She is very friendly and loves all animals (cats, lizards, horses, dogs of course, cows…)
She is very well educated, she does not bark, does not steal food and like me she enjoys to nap after a long day.

I have 5 years of experience in tourism if you need help. I can do check-in/check-out, take care of your social media, prepare breakfast and of course welcome and help the customers.
I can cook, help with housework, gardening, I can draw and paint too!!
I'am an animal lover and would be very happy to help you if you have a farm or a refuge.

The job is very easy, you will have the night shift, will work two days a week and you will be free the rest of the time which is really an excellent compromise!!
