Description
I love traveling and being in contact with locals. Quite a few times I considered housesitting and/or taking care of horses or other animals. I loved the idea and couldn't stop looking for opportunities. That's how I finally decided to become a member and try it out. I am 57 years old, courious, (hopefully) easy-going and like physical work.
I speak German (mother language), English (fluent C1) and French (upper intermediate B2). I love traveling by bike, and workaway could also be a break during a bicycling trip. I am interested in deep personal communication and exchange.
Looking forward to my next project in life!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
After some instruction I should be able to take care of horses as I've been a horse rider in my youth and even trained young horses at that time. However, that was 35 years ago and I wouldn't "train" horses any more, but would love to ride calm horses in the forest and work with them. In general, I have a love for animals and as long as they are well behaved, I should be able to take care of them.
Apart from that, I can help outside, e.g. in gardens. I am strong for a woman at my age and usually get a lot of exercise (skitouring, cycling, mountains, gym). I don't have a special craftsmanship, but I am open to learn technical scills and should be able to understand quickly.
Cooking is not my favorite, but I am open to learn new recipes and help!!
I have practiced meditation and yoga.
