I am looking to volunteer in Spanish speaking countries from January 2026 at least for 2-3 months. My mission is to better my very basic Spanish.

Hi, it's Karolina!

In August–October 2024, I volunteered at Surf Riders hostel in Fuerteventura . I’ll always be grateful for the incredible people I met and the lifelong memories we created together. I knew back then that I’d want to experience it again—and now is that time!

This volunteering came shortly after leaving London, where I’d lived for 13 years and still consider home. In 2025, I worked in Prague until December, when I left my final role as Area Manager in high-end fashion retail.
My entire career in London was in fashion retail: I arrived with little English, starting as a sales assistant, and progressed to C2 proficiency, becoming a Leadership trainer, and managing teams of up to 250 people.

I’ve always been resilient, committed, and independent. I strongly believe in empathy, humility, and the power of manifestation.
I’m passionate about social justice, mental health, and spiritual healing. I’m deeply committed to continuous growth and innovating as a leader. I love animals, yoga, hiking, and exploring new horizons.

I feel so excited about what is yet to come!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My skills revolve around leadership. Having held various senior management roles for over 10 years, my strengths lie in clarity, integrity, and structure. I spent 13 years working in fashion retail in central London, followed by a year in high-end fashion retail in Prague.

What I’ve learned is that most people, regardless of their role, want to feel a sense of belonging, appreciation, empathy, and growth—and it is always possible to provide that.

I am hands-on, organized, and resourceful, always striving to see the bigger picture. I naturally seek to find what unites people rather than what divides us. Meeting new people energizes me; it is my constant source of inspiration and motivation.
