Description

I'm Scottish and I like to dabble with languages and learn about different cultures, meet new people and see new places. I love to travel and have fun experiences, sometimes my kids come with me in the school holidays but the cat stays at home! I've travelled to a few places including Europe, Japan, China, Jamaica and India. I once worked in a hostel in Rome and it was a great experience! Travel really means that the possibilities are endless, and I love that :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

* I have a background in art history and currently work as a graphic designer.
* I love learning languages and at the moment I'm focusing on French but I dabble with Spanish and Italian too. I have a CELTA qualification and have some experience in teaching English as a foreign language.
* I volunteer in a community garden where I'm always learning something new about the plants and wildlife.
* I like working with my hands and seeing the progress I've made from the start to finish of a task. I recently upcycled an old writing bureau, it was a very satisfying job.
* I'm happy to do any pet care duties as I have a sweet little cat who is part of the family, she doesn't ask for much except food and hugs!

'Horrible Histories: The board game' is my current favourite, probably because it combines fun and learning! I'm teaching myself how to crochet and have made one very small amigurumi whale so far.
