Hello, I'm Kari 👋 I quit my job earlier this year to travel the world. I'm hoping to spend December and January in South East Asia.

I'm a friendly, reflective and organised person who feels most at home in international environments with people from all around the world. I'm a vegetarian and a singing enthusiast. I've sang in choirs in Cambridge, London, Dublin, Toruń and Warsaw.

I grew up in Poland and moved to the UK to study social sciences over a decade ago. While living in London I started and led a Harry Potter reading group for a few years.

I love dancing, swimming, cycling and reading. I meditate regularly. I'm always up for a cup of tea and a chat about life. I love to discover what brings people joy.

I'm interested in communal living and would love to meet other like-minded people, learn about local cultures and make an impact with my time.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm good with people, processes and technology.

In my main job I work as a strategy and innovation consultant helping public services and NGOs develop new ways of working and collaborating. I often facilitate large groups in problem solving and generating ideas. I really enjoy working in diverse and international settings.

I am also a qualified English teacher with a TEFL certificate. I have experience of working with groups and 121 tutoring both kids and adults. I thought English in Hong Kong and Poland.

I'm well versed in using modern technology and can easily get on with tasks such as word processing, emails, excel, report writing, photo taking and editing, social media. I'm used to creating and giving presentations, training others and public speaking.

I have also completed a mindfulness and radical caring teaching course, so can lead simple meditations for groups.
