Description

We’re a young married queer couple from Slovakia and Ukraine that strives to find genuine connections with people and work that has real purpose and meaning.
Our dream is to have a sustainable home with as many animals as possible and a loving community of our own, so right now we decided to embark on a journey to acquire more experience, see as much of the world as we can and broaden our knowledge.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We’re skilled in painting (both decorative and solid colors) outdoors and indoors and other general house renovating/building projects.
We’re art oriented and love everything about any DIY project.
Eduard has graduated as a costume designer so he’s able to repair any piece of clothing or making a new one from scratch. He’s also interested in customizing and upcycling anything that is made from fabric.

We both have worked in hospitality and gastronomy since 15 and 17 and throughout the years we tried and gained experience in different positions: Misha is a skilled waiter, barman and barista with background in hotels, bistros, cafes and bars. Also, he's able to provide live dj sets with nice chilled music and more..

Eduard is an expert in making perfect crêpes and can assemble magnificent crêpe cakes and other desserts. He attended a barista and latte art course and later on became a head barista in one of Bratislava's most famous coffeeshops. He has experience from hotels, cafes, restaurants and bakeries.

Working in a team, good energy and enthusiasm together with proactivity go without saying for both of us.

Additionally we both have experience working part-time as teachers/care takers for elderly and children so we would gladly provide and organize classes of painting, sewing, English, Spanish, Slovak and Ukrainian languages and digital music making/mixing.

We both loved and cherished every living creature since childhood and we gained experience in basic farming from our grandparents (goat milking, wine and apple juice production, fishing, tree trimming and maintenance of fruit and vegetable gardens as well as foraging and herbalism in Eastern Europe).

We spent a lot of time camping, rafting and traveling.

We’re not afraid of any labor and we’re eager to learn as much as possible from our host about anything.

We love spending time with animals of all kinds (especially horses and dogs for Eddie as he has experience in riding and maintaining a horse)
We’re both ambiverts so we enjoy spending time in a community but we also need time just for ourselves.
In our free time we like to create art (paintings, music, poetry, pottery and clothes).
We’re interested in environment where we can feel comfortable as ourselves without being pushed into gender roles and stereotypes.
Free spirit and people loving philosophy, spirituality and feminism are important for us. We’re open minded and we value respect, compassion and empathy for every living create and our planet that we cherish and wish to protect.
