Hello!

I am 23 years old student from a small town in Eastern Finland. I finished my Bachelor on Finnish language and literature in 2024 and now I'm doing my Master's degree on Finno-Ugric languages in Tartu, Estonia.

In 2023, after my exchange semester in Morocco, I fell in love with traveling. I enjoy living abroad and all the things that come with it - meeting new people, making new connections, discovering new things about yourself and the world, being outside your comfort zone and experiencing life to the fullest.

I think the best way to experience a country is connecting with local people and getting fully immersed in the culture. This is the reason why I think one of the best ways of traveling is using Workaway.

I am finishing my degree soon and I am trying to figure out what I want to do after graduating. I am interested in alternative lifestyles, self-sufficiency and living in a community. This is also a reason why I use Workaway: I am trying to learn new practical skills, try out living in different countries and working in communes. I want to experience as many different lifestyles as possible and let it help guide me to meaningful life.

I am curious and spontaneous and I love to stay active. My hobbies include bouldering, ice swimming, aerial acrobatics and pole dancing. I enjoy spending time in the nature and one of my favourite activities is riding my bicycle where ever it takes me. I'm also into arts: I write, read, paint and craft.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can imagine myself working in many different jobs. I have expertise in customer service and I have worked in a restaurant and a cafe. I like working with people so anything involving that I'm happy to do. I have worked multiple jobs since I was 16 years old so I have a broad experience.

Because of my lifestyle of being physically active and also working a job that requires me to walk around a lot I'm not afraid to work hard. I love being outdoors.

I enjoy painting a lot so I can help you with decorating or painting murals.

My studies prepare me to be a language teacher, so if you'd like to learn Finnish I can help you with that :)
