Bonjour/hi to you that takes the time to read our profile!

We are Julien and Jordanne, 25 years old french-canadians who finished our baccalaureate degree in social work a few years ago, now traveling the world for the next year/s to come!

Yet not ready to be settled as our adventurous-us believe we are not done with discovering and experimenting we might really enjoy, we joined workaway as a way to visit a country differently and to try new things related to permaculture, self-sufficiency and anything that can be linked to living an eco-friendly and healthier way of life. Thus, we are looking forward to an experience that would bring us new knowledge we can eventually reuse.

In short about us, we always try to be positive and are sociable persons that also never refuses moments surrounded by nature. We try as much as possible to be conscious of our way of living and to make a positive difference to our surroundings wherever we go. We love being outdoor, socialize, learn, being surrounded with animals and, while Jordanne as a passion for plants and their effects on our health, Julien as some manual skills related to construction projets and a big interest in learning more about agriculture.

We left our homegrown Quebec this July 2023, and yet had the chance to cross from the United Kingdom to Turkey, passing in Scandinavian and Eastern European countries. Now, we are heading towards Nepal, India, Sri Lanka (...) up until the Philippines for the next few months!

From working with various age-groups throughout our social work careers, to being curious self-learners at large, or exploring the world a country at a time in Southeast Asia, Central-america and Europe, we believe our various experiences made us polyvalent human being who can adapt themselves to be comfortable around different people and situations. We are also easy-going persons eager to learn different things!
