Hello !
My name is Julie Detournay, I'm an agricultural engineering student currently on a gap year.
With the month of February free, I'd like to go on an adventure to one of my dream destinations: Finland, Sweden or Norway. One of my childhood dreams is to see the Northern Lights, but also to be close to nature, sled dogs and reindeers.
I'm sociable, I like to share good times and I love going on adventures!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am very comfortable with animals.
I've been taking care of pets since I was a little girl, and I currently have a dog.
During my first year of agricultural engineering school, I did an internship of a month and a half on a dairy sheep farm in France.
Then I went to Costa Rica to study sea turtles.
And I'm currently doing a civic service in the management of a National Nature Reserve, where I'm in charge of site maintenance and monitoring the birds of the Camargue.
So I'm very sensitive to the welfare of animals and the protection of nature.
Very passionate about everything I do, I'm looking forward to my first Workaway experience!!!!
