Description
Adventurous, energetic, creative couple eager to help with projects, meet people and learn languages.
Hi, we are Jon and Eve, a newly-retired couple from Colorado, USA, hoping to meet new friends, discover new places, and improve our Italian, French and German. We have been together for 30 years and have two grown daughters in their 20s.
We have many useful skills between us, and we both love a good problem to solve! We have experience helping friends with construction, carpentry, remodeling, electrical, painting, cleaning, organizing and sewing. We can garden and care for animals. We also enjoy tutoring languages, math and science. Finally, we have experience leading bike tours and coaching the Nordic ski team at our local high school.
In our spare time, we like visiting old towns and cultural sites and exploring mountains and other natural areas on foot, bikes and skis. We also like time socializing with friends and sketching or water coloring.
