Actuellement, nous sommes

Description

We are Peggy and Jens, a couple from Germany. We travel the world during our sabbatical and prefer to live simple. We intend to meet lots of people, exchange ideas, learn new languages and skills and generally want to feel life and to contribute and be supportive while feeling the spirit of life faraway from our home.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I (Peggy) can take care of kids (Jens as well), I like doing crafts, sewing, singing, having fun with kids and adults too. Jens likes working in the garden and he likes cooking and keeps the house running and likes the nature. We both have a positive attitude to animals, have experience in caring for them. We have currently attended some"horse-care and riding lessons", were riding in Columbia and we were very happy with the horses. Because we do all the jobs at our house and garden at home we are good at cleaning and keeping the house tidy. Jens can work with a lot of tools, can paint, chop wood and do other jobs in and around the hohouseWe are not shy of physical labour. We like to go swimming, hiking, visiting little towns, staying in the nature and we are interested in learning and getting to know new countries and to develop by learning new jobs.

We have already had guests from other countries in our home, so we know how living together with a different background is. We have two grown up daughters and Au-pairs lived in our house. So we were very thankful for the support they gave us. Now we want to give back what we experienced and be helpful to others. We hosted exchange students and very impressed by the cultural exchange that took place. We have always liked different cultures, customes and traditions.
