Description
I am a 30 year old Dutch male and looking to learn more about the world and learn new cultures via volunteering! I obtained a bachelor in Laboratory research but chose a different career path and have worked for quite some time in restaurant kitchens. The type of work that involves physical activity and creativity is what suits me best but I don't get scared easily and I am always open to learning new skills!
Furthermore I am a quite serious Vipassana practitioner since my first contact with it in Nepal and have spend a year volunteering in Dhamma Dvara, Germany.
From Nov 2015 until Mar 2016 I had my first solo backpack experience in Nepal for 3 months and after that 3 more months in Sri-Lanka. During this time I volunteered for about half of it and these times were most meaningful and memorable to me.
Starting from Dec 2022 I plan on travelling in Vietnam for 2-3 months and after that neighboring/close countries that I have yet to dertemine! I have in no particular order interests in visiting Indonesia, Philippines, India and even more Nepal. -

Agricultural work (vegetable gardening), basic construction knowledge, professional restaurant cooking and a fair bit of computer hard -and software experience.
