Description

I’m an outgoing, positive, and adventurous traveler planning to explore Central America in spring 2026. I’ve completed several work exchanges before, including helping at a surf camp in northern Spain, an organic fruit farm in Maui, and a golf course in the Canadian Rockies. I’m hardworking, reliable, and always happy to lend a hand—but I also love having fun and embracing new experiences. I’m especially excited to improve my Spanish, spend lots of time outdoors, and live fully in the present moment. I love sports, activities, and all kinds of adventures, and I’m hoping for a cool opportunity where I can help out, connect with locals, and be part of a vibrant community!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I bring a wide range of skills from both hands-on and professional environments. I have extensive outdoor work experience from roles at a golf course, ski hill, and surf camp, as well as reception and front-desk experience at a surf camp and a yoga studio. I have strong customer service skills from working in tourism and other customer-facing roles, along with significant experience working with kids through summer camps and tutoring. I also have a solid professional background, currently working in marketing for a large multinational company, and hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa. I speak fluent English and French, intermediate Spanish, and I’m very comfortable with computers, organization, and efficiency-focused tasks.

Over the past year, I’ve been working a desk job in marketing to save money and gain professional experience, but I’m feeling ready for a new adventure and a return to a more hands-on, community-based way of living. Travel, cultural exchange, and meaningful work are really important to me, and I’m excited to step away from the office to learn, contribute, and fully immerse myself in new places and experiences. I’m motivated, open-minded, and eager to help wherever I’m needed while making the most of this next chapter of travel.
