Hi there! 👋 I'm Filippo, a university student currently studying Economics in Milan, Italy. 📚

Traveling has always been a big part of my life — I love exploring new cultures, meeting people from all over the world, and learning something new from every place I visit. Although I’ve traveled to many countries throughout the years, I’m about to embark on my first Workaway experience, and I’m looking for the perfect place to go in August.

I'm open-minded, curious, and always ready to lend a hand. I've also worked as a volunteer in fundraising for organizations like Save the Children and Fondazione Telethon here in Italy — experiences that taught me the value of teamwork, commitment, and giving back to the community.

Aside from traveling, I'm deeply passionate about writing and an avid reader. Currently, I'm working on a book, and I’m always looking for places and people that can inspire me, give me fresh ideas, and help shape my creativity. I love engaging in thoughtful conversations and am very open to exchanging new ideas.

Whether it’s helping with daily tasks, learning something new, or just having meaningful conversations, I’m always up for the adventure. I truly believe every exchange is a chance to grow — and to share good energy with those around me.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a multitasker and very adaptable to different kinds of tasks. I enjoy learning new things and can quickly adjust to different environments and needs.

I have experience as a teacher, as I’ve been giving private lessons to people of different ages — from school students to adults. This has helped me develop strong communication and organizational skills, and taught me how to be patient, clear, and creative in the way I help others learn.

I speak English fluently and hold an IELTS certificate, which means I can easily communicate with international hosts and guests.

I’m also a very creative person and have a real passion for writing — whether it’s storytelling, journaling, or just putting thoughts on paper, it’s something I truly enjoy and find fulfilling.

And last but not least, I’m a big animal lover! I have both a cat and a dog at home, so I’m very comfortable around animals and happy to help with pet care if needed.
