Hæ,
I'm Inka. I'm 41 years old. After finishing school I went to England as an Au Pair for ten month. I looked after two children at the age of 3 and 5 years. When I came back to Germany I started my training as a carpenter. Having finished my training I began my studies as a social worker. During my studies I've been working as a waitress and in an elementary school and teaching mathematics to young grown ups without a job. After getting my diploma I continued working with young grownups. 2017/18 I mainly helped people with psychological illnesses.
Since my contract was limited from the beginning I was thinking about the things I'd like to do. Since I've been to Iceland twice and really loved this island, I really wanted to spent a year in Iceland.
My love for Iceland hasn't lessoned. I'm in Iceland for four years now and still don't want to leave.
The last four years I've been doing different things
I've been preparing beds for guest, helping with gardening, milking cows, shoveling shit, feeding cows, sheep, and horses, helping lambs being born, chopping firewood, plucking weeds, walking dogs, building a terasse, pitting turf on a summerhouse roof, mowing the lawn, taking care of kids and cleaning the house, helping a little with haymaking
In my free time in Germany I three times volunteered for an ecological project to recultivate wetlands .
All my life I've been living in a shared flat. So I'm really easy going on living together with other people. Nontheless I'd like a bedroom for myself to have space just for me.

I'm a trained carpenter, so I'm quite skilled in manual jobs. I'm really good with people. I'm hard working, interrested in ecological projects. I like to be out in the nature and I love animals of all kinds. I love to read. I'm uncomplicated and love to do and learn new things. I really like to learn icelandic but I'm not the best in learning languages, so please be patient with me. I'm learning to play Ocarina andguitar. I love to take pictures, mostly of nature, but sometimes of people as well.

  vegetarian, but i really don't mind other people eating meat. I'm a really easy going vegetarian and absolutely able of feeding myself. You don't have to cook specially for me. So don't worry.
