Hi everyone!
I'm Ilaria, a young and curious Italian soul. I'm 23 years old and I just finished my first graduation cycle in Natural Sciences, which I loved to explore but at the moment I find too theorical and not practical enough.
In 2022 I started solo traveling a bit, in Europe in particular, and I felt in love with Spain and its welcoming earth (and heart). I'm interested in topics such as permaculture, agro-forestry and sustainable development. I worked in a alpine botanical garden, taking care of plants and studying them and their behaviours and ecological needs. I love working outdoors, I'm a really sporty and energetic person!
I'm trying to grow also from a spiritual point of view, I practice yoga, meditation and some breath-work everyday and I'd like to learn more about Reiki, human design but, most of all, about ancient cultures and holistic medecine. I believe in the power of plants.
some months ago I completed a 72 hours PDC to put the first bricks to my permaculture and regenerative-living journey.
I really love animals too, I always had four-leged companions during my life and I voluntereed in a veterinary centre for two years. I became vegetarian at 13 years old and then vegan at 19.
I'm always looking for experiences that can make me grow both spiritually and professionally, and I think that the two things can go along together as well.
I'd like to learn from the others, to know about their culture, profession and ambitions
I'd like to share with them my abilities and knowledge. I think that I have a great adaptability and I try to learn as fast as I can.
I speak Italian of course, French and English fluently and I can express myself quite well lso in Spanish!

I'm open hearted, proactive and full of energy and curiosity. I studied environmental sciences and ecology at uni and got a first Permaculture Design course that I had the opportunity to apply first at home and then while traveling. I'm a really passionate sporty person and I love to share fitness and yoga knowledge with other people
I'm physically strong and used to work with other people. I speak Italian, French and English and I'm currently learning Spanish

I'm always hanging around in the mountains, looking for flowers and animals, trying to understand the rules that make this world such as beautiful as it is. Exploring lucid dreaming, yoga, native america's ancient culture, gardening and taking care of plants.
