I am 62 years old, but fit, strong and used to working. I am a nature loving person and spent a lot time of my youth outdoors, watching animals, cycling, swimming and doing other sports outside.

I am good with my hands and gained a lot of experience in working with them, which also is hobby of mine. I have taken part in many DYS projects, most of which had something to do with the renovation/construction or preservation of houses/apartments. But I also worked on an organic vegetable farm (no animals or fruit) for two years. I can work well with wood.
From 1999 to 2013 I worked professionally as a software engineer.

In the past I was able to save some money so that I can now live for a longer period of time without earning (a lot, maybe a little) extra money.

Last year my partner died and so I started to travel and work, because I needed to distract myself. I worked on a Swiss Alp in August and September 2023, which helped me a lot to cope with my loss.

In the future I am considering possibly emigrating to Ireland or Norway, although I prefer Ireland because I speak English (but not Norwegian).

I am a socially committed person and have previously worked together in larger teams or groups. Another strength of mine is dealing with children who are regularly enthusiastic about me :-)

I love to work and to combine it with the things I'm interested in.
