Hi from the Huber family! We are about to embark on a world trip with our two daughters. 5 months of adventure for us and our little ones. It was hard to pick where in the world to go, because there are so many wonderful places in the world! But we have decided on Costa Rica, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. We would like to spend more time in each place instead of rushing through too many places.

We are an international family. I (Erica) am American, and Johann is Austrian. We live in Graz, Austria but travel to the US to visit my family once or twice a year.

Although laying on a beach from time to time is nice, we would much rather get to know locals and immerse ourselves in the culture. It would be so much fun to get to know other families and have our children play with other children from around the world.

We are very excited to see who is willing to open up their homes and lives to us, how we can contribute to their projects/lives and how we can learn from one another.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I (Erica) am an English teacher by trade and love working with children. I am dancer (many genres) and love to move to music. Cooking is a great passion of mine. I enjoy inviting friends over and trying new things, so traveling is a culinary delight for me!

I helped my husband renovate our house. So while I am not the expert, I take direction well and am handy.

My husband has many ways he can help out. He can work a chainsaw, drive a tractor, work with animals (he grew up on a farm), build, work with wood, problem solve, repair etc. etc. We renovated our house 90% ourselves and Johann headed up the projects while giving me direction.

Johann is an English, Music and Computer Science teacher. He is a professional musician and plays in a band. He could therefore also teach these various subjects.
