Hi there! 😊

I’m a 31-year-old woman currently on a sabbatical, taking some time to explore new places, meet amazing people, and immerse myself in different cultures. I’m especially excited about learning new languages and sharing meaningful experiences along the way.

In my day-to-day life, I’m an active and curious person. I love running and playing tennis to stay energized, and when I’m in a quieter mood, you’ll often find me reading a good book or drawing. Cooking is one of my passions—there’s something so satisfying about creating a delicious meal and sharing it with others!

I’m also quite handy and always happy to help out around the house or with small projects. I get along great with kids and animals—I actually convinced my parents to get our family dog, who’s now everyone’s favorite member of the household. 🐶

I'm a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English, and I'm happy to help others practice and improve in either language, whether it's through conversation, grammar support, or casual language exchange. I'm also really excited to expand my own language skills! Right now, I'm especially interested in learning French and German, and I’d love the chance to practice with native speakers or anyone who’s willing to help. I believe language learning is a two-way street, and I enjoy both teaching and learning as part of a cultural exchange.

- Cooking: I love spending time in the kitchen and enjoy cooking a variety of meals, from hearty home-style dishes to lighter, healthy options. I’m happy to help with meal planning, prepping, and sharing recipes!

- Cleaning & Household Tasks: I’m organized and take pride in keeping spaces clean and cozy. I’m happy to help with daily cleaning, laundry, and general household upkeep.

- Fixing Small Things: I’m quite handy and not afraid to pick up a screwdriver. I’ve helped with small repairs around the house, assembling furniture, and basic maintenance tasks.

- Teaching English: I have experience teaching English in informal settings, and I enjoy helping others improve their speaking and writing skills—whether it’s practicing conversation or helping with homework.

- Childcare: I get along really well with kids and have looked after children of different ages. I love engaging them with creative play, reading together, or helping with schoolwork.

- Animal Care: I'm a big animal lover! I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and smaller pets, and I enjoy going on walks, feeding, grooming, and spending time with animals.

I’m adaptable, curious, and always happy to lend a hand wherever needed!
