Hi! I'm Helen. I am 25 years old and from a small-ish town in Germany.
Sports, travel, and outdoor activities are a true passion of mine which is why I recently completed a Master’s program in Sport Tourism.
Being active is a big part of who I am – I espacially enjoy hiking, cycling, and watersports like kitesurfing and surfing. Working with other people, being active outside, and doing hands-on work keeps me energized. I enjoy adventures, love exploring new things wherever I go and I’m always happy to contribute. I love meeting new people and I’m looking forward to take part in meanigful cultural exchange to learning even more about different cultures, countries and ways of life.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a strong interest in sports and outdoor activities, especially soccer, volleyball, cycling, hiking, and watersports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wakeboarding. I love doing these activities in my free time and have had the chance to try and improve my skills during various holidays. Through these experiences, I’ve developed physical skills and a strong sense of teamwork and adaptability. One of my most valuable experiences was working as a bike guide on a cruise ship, where I learned a lot about working with international guests and crew. I’m confident in clear and friendly communication, making people feel welcome, and managing the organizational side of things. I also have worked on the development of cycle tourism in a region of Germany, which gave me insights into tourism planning and regional marketing.
