Happiness to me is peace and sharing.

With the senselessness happening in the world, and the feeling of being unable and lacking power to change it, I find reason in being a constructive part of something positive, no matter how small. I value the nature and all animals, and I work towards keeping my ecological footprint as small as possible. Learning about other peoples lifestyles, values and ways, is also such an effective way to grow and improve myself.

I’m not a professional anything, but I am handy enough. I enjoy building and fixing, and challenges are welcomed. I love to learn, create and collab.
Riding bicycles are so much fun, and I do have some knowledge about fixing them also.
Love all kinds of artsy stuff, animal-care and gardening, and whatever tasks needs to be done I do with joy because it's a part of something bigger, and a part of me growing.

We thoroughly enjoyed spending a month with Gunn-Elen. We loved her enthusiasm, her dedication, her fairness, and the fact that she took great care of everything around her (the animals, the plants, the facilities...). In short, a fantastic Workaway experience!

This place is so peaceful. The air is fresh, the water is pure and the nature is thriving. And this family is just wonderful. It truly is a place for deep breathing, because of the serene surroundings, but mostly because of the heartwarming people living here.

Gunn - Elen is a sweet and always willing to help young woman. She spent 3 weeks in our Center in Amorgos which is full of cats (sick and healthy). I spent 3 weeks in December/January, at Litsa’s animal shelter, and it has been a beautiful first workaway experience. Litsa is hardworking and dedicated to helping the animals of Amorgos.
