Hello! My name is Orsi, and I'm currently on a journey of self-discovery and growth through volunteering and traveling around the world. :)

After spending over 9 years in customer support and management (hosting provider, fintech app), I transitioned briefly into product management and completed a UX design bootcamp. I discovered that I felt drained and stagnant, so I decided to leave my old life behind and take a gap year (or who knows how long) to step away from the 9-5 mentality. My aim is to immerse myself in new experiences, connect with people, learn about new cultures, and find my passion along the way.

While I don't have much experience in non-computer-related work, I'm very enthusiastic about learning and contributing to farming, gardening or eco-projects, animal care, art projects, and I'm open to exploring opportunities to work and help in schools as well. I have a deep love for animals and spent part of my childhood horseback riding, a hobby I'm eager to revisit and improve.

I love hiking, being in nature, enjoying sunsets, and connecting with people, listening to their stories, and making lifelong memories. I also enjoy writing, capturing my experiences and reflections along the way.

Overall, I'm hardworking, kind, respectful with a keen interest in cultures, people, and how things work. I learn quickly and am always ready to take on new challenges.

With over 9 years of experience in customer support and management in the hosting provider and fintech sectors, I excel at handling interactions, resolving issues, handling administration, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant (user) experience for everyone.

Having completed a UX design bootcamp and project, I can offer insights and assistance in improving the user experience of websites or digital platforms. This could be particularly beneficial for hosts looking to enhance their online presence.

I can teach internet and computer usage, helping to become more comfortable and proficient with technology.

As an animal lover with a background in horseback riding, I am comfortable caring for animals and eager to help with any tasks involving pets or farm animals.

While I don't have much experience, I'm very interested in learning about gardening and eco-projects. I'm ready to get my hands dirty and help with planting, maintenance, and any other tasks required.

Although I don't have formal teaching qualifications, my family's teaching background has instilled in me an appreciation for education. I'm willing to assist in schools, help with English practice, or support educational activities in any way I can.

I'm open to providing any general help needed, I'm adaptable and always ready to learn new skills.
