Hi ! I'm Hugo, a 23-year-old French engineering student looking for a meaningful experience abroad. I'm motivated by learning new skills and languages, discovering new cultures, and contributing somewhere that truly needs help, not just passing through for tourism.

I'm tidy, disciplined, structured, and patient by nature. I listen carefully, adapt quickly and I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves in any weather literally (my t-shirt tan speaks for me ahah). Cycling, strength training and hiking are part of my daily life, so physical tasks outdoors are something I genuinely enjoy rather than endure.

I'm comfortable with solitude and independent work. I don't seek constant supervision. Provided that I understand a task, I take ownership of it and see it through properly. At the end of the day, things are where they belong and the space is clean.

Animals and nature have always been a part of how I recharge despite I have no prior farm experience. I grew up spending time outdoors. I'm a fast learner and I take care seriously, so I'm confident I can pick up the rhythms of your sanctuary with time and attention.
On the practical side, I also have some hands-on skills from my engineering training and helping my parents with their 500m² of provencal forest. I can do basic gardening, drive a car (driver licence) , carpentry and basic welding among others in collaboration with other people if needed. . Happy to share photos of past hands-on projects if that helps give you a better idea of what I can bring.
