Description

Hello, my name is Flavio and I hail from south Mexico (Huatulco, Oaxaca). I am resident in Poland. I am a strong believer that dialogue, respect and empathy are important values that allows us to connect with people from other cultures and work-teams in order to achieve a common goal both in a professional and personal level. This motivates me to go on in all aspects of life and also to keep on gathering international experiences both as a professional and as a traveller.
I am a person who loves life therefore I believe we should live a the highest level of fulfillment, doing good to others and receiving the same.
From a very young age I wondered how would life in other countries would be like and what would people do for happiness, how would they behave, what would they eat, what language would they speak. Years later I developed an international career path by working abroad and ever-since (2015) I have been working for multinational companies in Mexico, India and Poland and because of that I have travelled to 19 countries so far.
Good relations with friends,family and teammates bring me happiness also art; I am a huge art appreciator in all its forms, I love music and personally singing is one of my biggest passions, other things I love to do are photography, walk in nature, cooking and reading.
Long ago I had the opportunity to volunteer at an NGO that works with children with disabilities and ever since I was deeply moved by this experience. I learned a lot about people with disabilities and all its implications and impact on their lives.

An internationally seasoned professional for the BPM and IT sectors. Working for + 13 years in multinational companies. I’m experienced in the fields of Finance and Accounting for a telecom manufacturer, business applications maintenance and support in the retail sector and customer service for international clients. Accustomed to the challenges of the ever-changing industries. I am a self-driven and goal-oriented person; analytical, organized and assertive communicator. Multilingual: English C1, Spanish (native) Portuguese C1 and Polish A1 with experience in onshore/offshore projects in multicultural work environments.

I love history and, in every country I visit, no matter how big or small the city or village is I love to interact with locals and ask them about their culture, history or religion or politics if they are open to exchange points of view, this allows me to cultivate empathy and grow as person.
Arts and crafts are also something I love to appreciate, folk music and dances, Unesco world heritage sites too.
Nature in travels is also a big Yes for me, it allows us to relax, de-rush and connect with the planet. Sustainability is another great topic I am into.
