We are an international couple traveling South- and Centralamerica together. We share a love for exploring different cultures, nature and connecting with new people. Here is a bit more information about us individually.

Hello!
My name is Finnan
I am a 27 year old Carpenter and
Designer/Maker from the beautiful Blue mountains just outside of Sydney Australia.
I have a very strong connection and respect for the natural world.
I love to create and make with my hands and I find so much joy from watching something go from an idea to seeing it come to life in person!

I have been travelling to a variety of different places over the past 3 years and have been exposed to a broad range of different cultures and people which has been invaluable to me.

I am always very keen to see how people live in different places around the world as I gain so much from these experiences and I’m constantly surprised at how many amazing ways people can live!

I am especially interested in learning more about sustainable building and low impact living/Permaculture but I’m very open to many different projects!
I am super easy going and friendly, incredibly hardworking and I am always up for a challenge!

Hii my name is Ida. I am a 23 year old woman from the northern part of Denmark currently having a gap year traveling South- and Centralamerica. Latin America holds a special place in my heart having lived in Chile and travelled Southamerica! The nature continues to amaze me but what is truly special is the warmth, joy and kindness of the Latin American culture and people.

I am a very curious person who really enjoys learning as much as possible about anything possible: be it culture, farming, nature etc. Therefore learning is something I am looking very much forward to in doing a volunteer-experience.

As a person I am very positive and I love to pass on this happiness - sharing smiles with people in my surroundings. I am always up for a challenge and not afraid to put in the work!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Finnan:
I am a fully qualified Carpenter and have been working as a Carpenter for over 10 years in Australia on a broad range of different projects in all aspects of carpentry.
I also studied Fine Furniture Design and Technology and have worked in high end timber joinery workshops.
I have experience working on farms, trail building in National parks and I have also worked in hospitality,
house keeping and maintenance.


Ida:
I have 5 years of experience in the service Industry as a waiter in a broad range of different types of restaurants.
I worked 1,5 year creating videos for a regional danish news agency.
I am very experienced in teaching as I currently work as a substitute teacher, teaching children age 5-15 in various different subjects and have done private tutoring courses with multiple children.
In Denmark I also work as a caregiver in a nursing home for elderly people.
I speak Danish, English and Spanish fluently

Ida:
Hiking and swimming never fails to make me happy! I love making food and baking, especially things I have never tried before.
