I'm currently in the Sierra de Mariola, but in a week I'll be in Orgiva. I'd love to learn wood carving or climbing, but I'm open to meeting anyone who wants to make new friends!

Description

I'm a 21-year-old Italian guy, graduated high school last year, and I'm currently studying to enter the Faculty of Architecture. In addition to that, I've decided to spend this summer in Spain, as I need a meaningful experience abroad where I can learn new things and meet different people. I'd also like to improve my Spanish, as I've never had the opportunity to practice it often. I love sports, such as running, cycling, soccer, windsurfing, snowboarding and much more, but I'd like to learn to surf and climb. I really enjoy immersing myself in nature by hiking in the mountains or in the woods, but also by swimming or simply enjoying the breathtaking scenery. Furthermore, I'm very interested in the world of art: I like going to exhibitions, visiting iconic places, and understanding their connection to their cultures. I also love cinema and sometimes go to the theater. I don't just enjoy looking at art, though. I'm passionate about painting and drawing, and the next thing I'd like to learn is woodworking or ceramics, so I can create sculptures someday. As for my personality, I'd say I'm a curious guy, I want to discover new things everyday. Even though I consider myself a quiet person, I'm very sociable and opened to know people. I enjoy building authentic relationships with the ones I meet. I find satisfaction also by caring for people, whether it's babysitting, helping the elderly, or the mentally ill. I also love playing with animals. I like to "play," meaning having fun by being creative in the things I do, interpreting them in my own way.

I can teach Italian because it's my native language; my mother is an Italian teacher, so I can help. I've already taught the language to my Argentine girlfriend, so I already have some experience. I'd like to improve my Spanish, but I think it'll be fine anyway.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I speak english (I have a C1 certification) and spanish at a good level, even though I want to improve my fluency by going to Spain.
I’m an organized and very responsable person, and I like to take care even of the details in the things I do.
I worked as a waiter in a mountain refugee, so in reality I had to be a "jolly": other than serving clients, I had to help in fixing objects, but also in preparing food (which is something I like to do even on my own).
I can also help with the “heavy work”, for which are required physical ablilities.
During the summer I also helped in some camps with children, so I know how to handle them. Furthermore, I had a PCTO experience in a psychiatric hospital, in which I could create relationships also with mentally ill people, and it made me develop a strong emphatic sense, other than emotional awareness.
I don't have any particular certification in computer programs, but I can help (at least try to) if is needed.
Additionally, I don't know if it can be considered a skill, but I really like to express myself by drawing, painting or even writing.
Finally, I consider myself a fast learner, curious and a sociable person.
I’m looking forward to make a stimulating experience, where I can learn new things by doing them, but also to develop an authentic relation with the people I will meet in the way.
