Hi I'm Freya, I’m passionate about exploring the world, learning about different cultures, and gaining new life experiences. I love staying active through swimming, (including open water) and enjoy sharing my love for the sport through being a qualified swimming teacher and lifeguard, I am also into running, and yoga. I’m also a big fan of music and I play piano and violin. To relax I like to bake, read, and care for my plants.
I’m excited to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to any project, whether it’s helping out around the house or on a farm, working with children, or supporting community activities.
I’m open-minded, friendly, and eager to learn new things while sharing my own knowledge. I adapt well to new environments and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

I'm looking forward to about immersing myself in new cultures and see language as a key part of that journey. Even though I only speak English at the moment, I'm eager to learn and happy to try any language, whether it's through daily conversations, helping out with tasks, or just being part of your everyday life. I'm not afraid of making mistakes and would really appreciate any patience and guidance you can offer along the way!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I feel that I bring a diverse set of skills and experiences to any project I join. I’m a qualified swimming teacher and lifeguard, with experience teaching swimming to a range of different ages and abilities. I enjoy gardening, cooking and baking, which makes me comfortable helping out with food preparation or garden care.
I’m very comfortable around animals as I have two dogs and hens at home, so I’m familiar with their care and needs. While I haven’t had much experience with manual labour yet but I’m enthusiastic and eager to learn new practical skills and take on different kinds of work.
I’m organized, hardworking, and reliable, with a friendly and adaptable nature that helps me thrive in new environments. I’m also excited to develop my creative skills, as I’m preparing to study photography at university and enjoy sharing my photos on social media.
I’m equally happy working indoors or outdoors, and I look forward to contributing positively wherever I am needed.

I enjoy learning through hands-on experiences and believe that every place and person has something to teach. In my free time, I enjoy reading, nature, the environment and photography. I'm also really interested in learning about different ways of living and seeing the world. I only speak English now, but I'm excited to expand my horizons and pick up new skills whether that’s language, learning new dishes, or something totally unexpected!
