Hello, I'm Eva!

My name is Eva, I'm 27 years old and I'm from France. I currently live in the beautiful Pyrenées, surrounded by nature, which is where I feel most at home.

I joined Workaway because I want to discover different ways of living and working, meet local people and fellow travellers, and experience places more deeply than through traditional tourism. I love the idea of staying somewhere long enough to become part of everyday life, learn new skills, and create genuine connections.

I'm a professional photographer and a creative person. Art has always been an important part of my life, whether through photography, sewing, painting, singing, or any project that allows me to express myself. I love creating, sharing ideas, and learning from other creative people.

I have worked in the tourism industry, which has taught me to be adaptable, organized, and comfortable meeting people from many different backgrounds. I'm happy to help with childcare, cooking, gardening, housekeeping, language exchange (French), and everyday tasks. I'm always curious to learn new skills and I enjoy practical work just as much as creative projects.

Nature is a huge part of who I am. I love spending time outdoors, hiking, gardening, and simply appreciating the beauty of the natural world. I also love animals and would be very happy to spend time caring for them. I'm comfortable with most animals, and although I don't have much experience with horses yet, they truly fascinate me. I would love the opportunity to learn more about them and become more confident around them.

People often describe me as joyful, peaceful, creative, and curious. I enjoy living simply, sharing meaningful conversations, and bringing positive energy wherever I go.

I'll be travelling on my own and I hope to stay at least one or two weeks in each place so I can really get to know the people, the environment, and the rhythm of daily life.

I'm especially interested in artistic projects, nature reserves, eco-communities, hostels, farms, and family homes. More than anything, I'm looking for authentic experiences where everyone can learn from one another.

I believe the best journeys are built through kindness, curiosity, and sharing. I'd be happy to contribute my time, creativity, and enthusiasm to your project, and I'm excited to discover your way of life while sharing mine.

I also enjoy language exchange and believe it's one of the best ways to connect with people and discover different cultures. Creativity is one of my greatest strengths. As a photographer, I enjoy bringing an artistic eye to everything I do, but I'm just as happy helping with everyday tasks like cooking, gardening, housekeeping, childcare, or caring for animals. I love learning by doing, adapting to new situations, and sharing my skills while discovering new ones. Whether it's a creative project or practical work, I'm always happy to lend a hand with enthusiasm and care.
