Hey! My Name is Lucas, I am 21 Years old. I am half German and half Angolan and spent the first 6 Years of my life living in Africa with my mother. I love exploring new cultures, doing meaningful work and meeting amazing people from all over the world.Volunteering through workaday is my favorite way to travel, because it enables me to really get to know a place and it´s people on a deeper level and explore so many different ways of living.

I'm a passionate photographer and filmmaker with a background in film studies and editing. In addition to creative work, I love getting my hands dirty and I have experience in construction and gardening. I enjoy working with children and gained plenty of experience during previous Workaway stays. I’ve also worked in a hostel, gaining solid experience in housekeeping and cleaning.
