Hi, my name is Emma, and I am from/live in South Africa. I am currently doing my Masters In Social Anthropology with an environmental focus.

I have always loved all things nature and the outdoors, so this coupled with meeting new and interesting people and getting to experience different ways of life makes me every excited. Being able to learn new things especially in terms of living a more sustainably life is something I am very passionate about.

In my free time I love reading, working in my vegetable garden, going out for walks in nature whether that be a 30min walk at my local park or a day out hiking and spending time with my family and friends.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I would not say that I am highly skilled in anything regarding farming, however I have a very open mind and am open to learning and growing through this experience.

I have a basic knowledge in growing vegetables (I have had a small (but growing) vegetable garden since 2016) which I am constantly learning new ways on how to improve it.

I also have some basic knowledge on looking after animals (mostly pets), as I have grown up with many animals running around.
