Hi,
My name is Emma, have 22 years old.I’ve wanted to go abroad for many years, and this year I'm finally taking the plunge and embarking on this adventure!
I decided to take a break in my job, I’m a social worker in order to discoverd me or rediscoverd myself. I’m in search of news expériences ! I’m curious and i like to echange about the world. Always ready to help, i’m not affraid to learn
I enjoy to be outdoors, whether it's to help out in the garden or spend time with the animals.I also enjoy cooking, taking care of houseplants, and keeping clean house. In my daily life, I help my family withthe beehives, the garden, meals and chores around the house.
In my free time, I read a lot, such as mountain biking or hiking. I playing saxophone so I’m curious to learn about your musical culture.
I decided to come in Irland to improve my English, but also to discover Irish culture and landscape !

Heyy ! My name is Luc, I’m 18 years old and I’m currently taking a gap year. I decided to put my studies on hold and spent five months travelling in Serbia, and now I’d love to continue this adventure in Ireland with my sister Emma.
I’m quite a curious person and I really enjoy meeting and talking to new people, whether it’s having a laugh together, discovering our differences, or simply sharing experiences. I love spending time outdoors with my friends, playing sports and making music. Basically, I’m rarely against trying a new activity or having a new experience !
I’m really looking forward to this experience in Ireland because I want to discover a new country, meet new people, improve my English, and most importantly, have an amazing adventure with my sister !

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Emma : I studied social work, so I enjoy interacting with people and cultural exchange, and I’m comfortable dealing with administrative procedures in France. I’m a good listener and care deeply about people’s well-being.
I enjoy doing everyday household chores such as cooking, cleaning and tidying up. I also enjoy outdoor work (cleaning garden areas, gardening). I know how to use a lawnmower and every spring I help my dad with the vegetable patch. I also look after the pets, such as walking the dog and looking after the cats and chickens. I love all animals and am keen to learn how to look after them.
I’m very curious and I enjoy doing things with my hands, such as assembling furniture and painting. I’m not very good at DIY, but if someone takes the time to explain how to do it, I’m willing to give it a go.

Luc : I really enjoy doing hands-on and practical work. I regularly help my dad with renovating rooms, welding, painting, and generally doing DIY and learning new skills. I also do some gardening, such as mowing the lawn, using a brush cutter, trimming trees and plants, and taking care of the vegetable garden.
At home, I’m also used to looking after animals. I have a dog, a cat and some chickens, so I know how to take care of them and meet their everyday needs. My dad also has some beehives, and I regularly help him look after them as well.
When it comes to everyday chores, I can of course clean, do the dishes and take care of other household tasks. I’m not a great cook yet, but I’m trying to learn !
For me, the most important thing is to do everything with a good attitude and a smile. I enjoy helping out, learning new things and sharing good moments with the people I meet. I’m motivated, quite adaptable, and always happy to lend a hand whenever needed.
