Hi! My name is Elias, I'm 18 years old and I'm currently finishing my final year of high school in Germany.

If I'm honest, I still don't really know what I want to do with my life. And I think that's okay. Right now, I don't feel like I need to have everything figured out. What I do know is that there's a huge world out there, full of different cultures, incredible nature and people with completely different ways of living. I don't want to miss the chance to experience that.

The idea of spending years doing the same thing without ever really exploring the world honestly scares me a little. I don't want to look back one day and wish I had been more curious or more brave.

That's why I want to travel. Not just to see beautiful places, but to meet people, learn new skills, experience different perspectives and step out of my everyday routine. I believe that the best way to grow as a person is to leave your comfort zone and be open to new experiences.

I'd describe myself as curious, easygoing and reliable. I enjoy helping wherever I can, I'm always willing to learn something new, and I love having real conversations with people from different backgrounds.

For me, Workaway isn't just a cheap way to travel. It's a chance to experience life from a completely different perspective, contribute wherever I'm needed and create memories that will stay with me for a long time.

I'm a quick learner and I enjoy trying new things, even if I've never done them before. I like solving problems and I'm interested in technology and practical work. At school, I've worked on technical projects that taught me to be patient, think logically and work as part of a team.

I'm reliable, open-minded and not afraid of getting my hands dirty. Whether it's helping in the garden, doing maintenance, painting, cleaning, cooking or looking after animals, I'm always happy to learn and give my best.
