I am currently living in the north of Italy, in my home town, working as a teacher of English as a second language in Modena, enjoying my passions and hobbies, such as reading, knitting, dancing.

Description

I am a 26-year-old girl with a degree in Foreign Languages and Translation and Language Teaching, but with a thousand passions.
In life, I like to pursue joy: for this reason, I have been travelling alone for many years. I have done several Erasmus trips that have taken me far from home, to Scotland, Barcelona and Lisbon.
I have been to Sweden and Iceland on international volunteer programmes, where I discovered my passion for the Nordic countries, their landscapes and way of life.
I really enjoy reading, writing, making collages, dancing, theatre, listening to indie music, knitting, baking bread and cakes.
I love going to the mountains and being able to enjoy simple things.

I studied several languages at university: English, Spanish and Russian, but also French. I also did an Erasmus in Barcelona, where I learnt to understand, read and comprehend Catalan. I also did an Erasmus in Lisbon, where I started learning Portuguese. I am also very passionate about the Nordic languages and I am fascinated by their literature, which I read in Italian translation. I also like Nordic music (especially Icelandic) but I am also fascinated by languages such as Gaelic, Irish and Scottish, and their music.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I currently work as a teacher in the 0-6 age group, but over the years I have held various jobs and have been able to develop various skills.
I consider myself a very understanding, empathetic and open person, able to work alone under pressure but also in a group.
I have good interpersonal and organisational skills, both in my personal and professional life.
I work as a teacher but have also worked as a waitress and all-rounder in restaurants and high mountain huts for quite some time during my studies.
I have also held jobs as a receptionist (in Iceland), au pair (Sweden) and helper for hotel construction (Sweden) and forest trails.
