Hello, my name is Elena, I am 20 years old and come from Austria. I am studying to be a primary school teacher, babysit two children and have worked as a caregiver at vacation camps. In my free time I like to play the piano, read, go swimming and horse riding, cook or meet up with friends. I love animals and enjoy spending time with my rabbits and my neighbor's dog. I am a creative, empathetic and cheerful person. This summer I want to go to France with Workaway (for the first time) because I want to do meaningful and exciting work while improving my French. I am also looking forward to meeting new people, visiting new places and learning more about the culture.

I am studying to become a primary school teacher in Vienna, work as a babysitter and have also worked as a summer camp counselor at vacation camps. I really enjoy looking after children and playing with them, it´s like a hobby for me. Another passion of mine are animals. I have three rabbits, often go for walks with the neighbor's dog and did vaulting as a child and later rode in a riding school and riding camps. There I not only learned how to ride but also how to groom, muck out or bridle and saddle horses. My biggest hobby is playing the piano. I go to music school and enjoy composing my own pieces. I also like cooking vegetarian and vegan dishes for my family. Apart from that, I love being in the water, wether it is swimming, snorkeling, stand-up paddling or kayaking. Because I was in a circus school as a child (as a hobby), I can also ride a unicycle.
