Hello and thank you for taking the time to take a look at our profile!
We're a newly married couple (after 8 years of friendship) from Yorkshire in the UK and we're currently on our year long trip around Australia, enjoying the sunshine, wildlife & way of life here.

We're both very friendly & down to Earth people, so we're super easy to get along with and love making new friends & connections wherever we go.

We're both really hard-workers too & keen to learn new skills.

Daniella has done various Workaways in Australia in the past & absolutely loved the wild & wonderful experiences despite the work being very tough at times. She also completed the 88 days farm work so isn't afraid of some hard graft!

A bit more about us:

In 2023 we downsized from a rented 3 bedroom house, sold most of our belongings and bought a van to convert and make it to our new home on wheels to explore the UK.
During the conversion process we spent 5 months living in a bell tent in west Yorkshire, so we're definitely not shy when it comes to alternative ways of living and we love feeling more connected to nature.

We eventually sold our van to to do van life in Australia, hoping to experience some great Workaway opportunities while we're in this beautiful country.

As well as being 'free spirits', we also really appreciate great food & coffee culture (which we have thoroughly enjoyed in Melbourne!).
If we're not exploring the great outdoors, our next favourite past time would be to go to a new town and find a spot to enjoy some delicious food & coffee, and visit an art gallery too as we are both artistic & creative people.

We are both very interested in learning another language. Jacob was once learning Japanese and is very interested in Japanese culture, so would love to pick that up again. Dani has a certificate in TELF so would love to use those skills to help teach English.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Jacob loves cooking and is an excellent cook! He can cook a range of cuisine's beautifully.

Dani is great at photography should you need any projects photographing.

Both of us are not shy of hard work and love to get things done, so we are happy to help with manual labour / yard work.

We are both very creative & artistic individuals. Dani has her own small jewellery business creating up-cycled and revived vintage jewellery. She is also great at photography & loves to capture people & landscapes as well as taking beautiful photos of her jewellery.

Jacob is a very talented artists and used to spend hours hand-drawing very intricate mandalas before life got too busy! He is also an amazing barista and like to compete in latte art competitions and learn about different coffee brewing methods.

Both of us love to try new food!
