Description

Hey people, it’s Damla here.
In this journey of mine, after trying to fit in and getting out for years, I came across traveling by chance not very long ago. It gave some relief to my curiosity—the possibility of creating a lifestyle that my soul and heart are satisfied and pleased to be in.
So, while I was figuring things out, I worked at a campsite during the summer season, doing a bit of everything over the two seasons I was there: kitchen, bar, service, welcoming guests, and maintenance, while enjoying nature :)
But with my background in design and my enjoyment of making things with my hands and body, I’m looking for something different—a space where I can learn, improve, share, and explore.
After spending years in front of a computer and lacking movement, I realized that involving my body in what I do actually helps me in the end, even though I find it hard to start. So now I’m trying to change my habits step by step—choosing daily work with more movement, or a craft that is more active. And discovering things like slacklining, where your whole body and mind go into a kind of shock and can focus :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I enjoy working with my hands and making things. I studied industrial design and worked on many models and prototypes for different projects, many nights without sleep and with lots of crying :')
All my life I have been drawn to aesthetics, colors and beauty of things in many different ways . Im painting/drawing and enjoyed ceramics very briefly. I would always love to experiment with different kinds of crafts and techniques as well. I have lots of things I want to try. Learn more about photography, explore with wood, and with other natural materials for different kinds of products and needs, improving practical skills and more.

I’m comfortable around animals, love reptilians, beautiful butterflys, birds and many more.

Cooking is not my strongest skill to be honest, but I enjoy experimenting with recipes and sharing meals with my friends. Im happy to help with preparation and learn new dishes and techniques.
