I love to travel,my wife and I travel for around seven months of the year in our home made camper,we have done this for around four years now, since our youngest started university in Berlin. My wife has to return to work for a month or so every now and then during the year,so I like to keep busy and Workaway and Worldpackers help me do this. I enjoy learning about different cultures, gaining new skills, exchanging experiences. I like helping people, have always found joy in DIY projects. I believe that Workaway is a great platform for connecting in a way that is beneficial for both the host and the volunteer. For the past 9 years I have worked for a construction company,mostly with the concrete side of the business but also helping out in all other parts of the company. I really enjoy this type of work,mostly as I love to be outdoors in any weather or conditions.
