Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Hello, I have been giving Thai cooking classes for 10 years, I am the chef of the So Thai restaurant in Jurbise (Belgium). I also have my own permaculture vegetable garden of Thai products. I can therefore teach you all the secrets of Thai and French cuisine.
I can give language lessons in French (mother tongue) but also speak English and Dutch, I still have good knowledge of Thai that I would like to deepen.
I have been slow living for 5 years and I am a good DIYer at all levels except electricity.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Benoît's. The welcome was incredibly warm and I immediately felt at home. The tasks were interesting and I learned a lot.
