Hola! Hello! Ciao! 🤗😎
We are an Italian couple that moved to a small village in Costa Rica many years ago. 🌴⛱️🏄🏽‍♀️
Over there we own a house with some apartments for rent and a single Villa for rent too.

We like good food and good wine, the music, the nature and we love to chat with people, learn and share new cultures and experiences.
Above all, we love to travel and we think that travelling and meeting new people make you a better person.

Home sitting

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

In our properties in Costa Rica we always did everything by ourselves: housekeeping, gardening, general maintenance, fixing stuff, painting, finding solutions for any kind of problem and guests needs.
We sewed curtains, sheets and other things, cleaned gutters and fixed water pipes, taps and much more, trimmed hedges, palm trees, plants.
We also have basic skills for swimming pool maintenance.
We built cabinets, designed headboards, chairs, tables, hooks and other things and we decorated walls and painted pictures.
For us it's very important not to waste and to enhance everything we can.
For this reason we have developed various creative projects by recycling old objects.

In our home in Costa Rica we have a very shy cat (Mao) that decided to stay with us since 5 years and whenever we travel, her well-being is our first concern. 🐈🐾

Elena worked as a travel agent for about 20 years. She dealed with customers (in person and by telephone), managed meetings and incentives, accompanied groups and more. ✈️
She had dogs for almost her entire life.

Francesco worked as entertainer for resorts many years, organizing activities, managing and coordinating entertainment staff. 🎤
After that he worked in a fine bar/winery and for caterings.

We love dogs, cats, rabbits...squirrels, iguanas, monkeys, birds...and all animals in general! 🐿️🐕🐈🐇🐒🦎🦜🐦
Our life in Costa Rica has accustomed us to not having any problems with insects and "wild" life! 🕷️🪳🦗🐛🪲
We speak Italian, Spanish, English and we understand French.
With pleasure, we can share our references about our rentals and about our previous jobs.

We are very clean (someone told us "too picky and demanding") and respectful.
We avoid wasting water and electricity as much as possible, we don't like using air conditioning, and we carefully separate the garbage.
We have been house sitters for several homes with pets and we like to leave the house even better than we found it! 😉
