Hey,
my name is Charlotte. I am 20 years old, from Germany.
I hope to dive deeper into new cultures and make amazing memories with people, I haven’t even meet ☺️. That’s why I signed up to workaway. I really like to learn new things to help wherever I can and widen my knowledge in parts I’m already interested in (animal care, pedagogy, environmental care, baking, …). Over time I hope to gain a deeper understanding of the world in general 🌍.
I love to be outside. Swimming, horseback riding, hiking, camping and skiing are some activities I really enjoy. Creating something with my own hands (crocheting, baking, little diy projects. which often turn into bigger ones…) is truly relaxing to me. Right now, I’m focussing on making new experiences abroad or in my future education field, which is childhood education and waldorf pedagogics. Last year I joined an international voluntary program, which allowed me to live in Finland for a year 🇫🇮. That explains, why I’m especially interested in coming back to Finland for a while. I worked in a kindergarten and preschool. Working with children is very valuable to me.
I would consider myself curious, calm and empathetic. I am really looking forward to meet you and am already excited to help you with your next project :).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have got some experience with animals. While riding for a couple of years, I helped at the farm with feeding and cleaning the stables of the animals, who lived there (goats, ponys, horses, sheeps, rabbits, cats, donkeys…) I really enjoy the company of animals, so this tasks totally full fills me. Through my work in a kindergarten and babysitting, I am used to be around children and love to help with child care. I gave others a hand with painting, cleaning and gardening. I am really excited to learn new skills.
