Hi! My name is Caroline, I'm 24 and I'm from Manchester, England!

I have been a part of the Scout Association for the last 17 years which has fuelled my love for adventure and passion for exploring and experiencing other cultures! I love meeting others from around the world, listening to their stories, and sharing my own! My love for travel is definitely inspired by my grandparents.

I definitely have the travel bug and love the sense of freedom and possibility that travel gives you. One of my favourite ways to explore a new place is hiking up a mountain and catching a sweeping view of the scenery. I find myself quite spontaneous when traveling and enjoy living in the moment and seizing the day.

I recently graduated university, studying Visual Communication, and specialise in socially-beneficial design. When I have spare time, I love nothing more than to sit and sketch/paint where I am and take a moment to appreciate the day. I also have a huge passion for photography and would be happy to share these skills with you!

Positivity and my optimistic nature is what drives me in my work. I'm ambitious and always determined to complete a job. Though we may not be able to change the world alone, I truly believe that doing little things to help others is what will make our world a better place.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

> Photography skills: I have worked professionally as an event and promotional photographer for 4 months. I also love to capture natural shots of day-to-day life!

> Creative art and design skills - I have a degree in Visual Communications and love to throw myself into any creative project, whether it be design, painting and renovation or discovering creative solutions.

> Work with children aged 6-14: I volunteered as a Beaver Scout Leader for 7 years, teaching valuable skills to children aged 6-8 years old, encouraging them in play to make friends and positively impact those around them as they progress within the Scout Association. I also worked as a Camp Counselor for girls aged 11 years, encouraging them throughout camp to get involved and become the best version of themselves, while helping them to understand values such as respect and integrity.

> Work with adults with learning disabilities: I currently volunteer for an organisation that engages adults with various learning disabilities in a range of arts activities, navigating each of their abilities and communication styles

> Hospitality/customer relations: Experience working directly with customers in the service industry and retail. I love working and interacting with people, having been a student ambassador at my university for the last 3 years.
