Hello 👋 my name is Carla, and I am a bartender with a strong specialization in mixology and the creation of new drinks. For over ten years, I have dedicated myself to this profession with enthusiasm and commitment—one that, to me, is not just a job but a true expression of creativity, dedication, and connection with people. I started very young, immediately combining hands-on experience with solid and ongoing training, always seeking new inspirations and techniques to explore.

For the past six years, I have lived in England—a pivotal experience that allowed me to refine my language skills, grow professionally, and work in stimulating and multicultural environments. However, I felt a growing need to slow down and find a space to reconnect with myself and what truly matters. This is why I decided to take a break from my career and embark on a journey grounded in nature, authenticity, and discovery.

I now wish to challenge myself in a completely different setting: I am looking for a rural, hands-on experience involving manual work and direct contact with the land. I want to rediscover simple yet profound values such as self-sufficiency, respect for natural rhythms, and collaboration. I’m ready to lend a hand in any area where help is needed—from tending the garden and caring for animals to small practical tasks that support the community or the place that welcomes me.

I am a determined, curious person who faces each day with energy and initiative. I strongly believe in the value of learning by doing, of sharing experiences, and of leaving a positive mark wherever I go. For me, this is not just an opportunity for personal growth, but also a way to enrich my professional journey with new perspectives and awareness.

I have had the privilege of working in the hospitality industry, where I gained skills in table service, coffee making, and as a bartender specializing in mixology. My passion for the art of cocktails drives me to constantly create new drinks, exploring combinations that can excite and surprise.

I am a person with a strong inclination for learning and growth, always open to new opportunities in various fields, thanks to my artistic background and skills in photography, IT, and social media.

I work with enthusiasm and team spirit, always believing that every experience, every challenge, is an opportunity to grow and give my best. I am confident that my experience and skills can make a positive and meaningful contribution.

I am a person who deeply believes in the importance of cultivating personal growth through hobbies and passions that enrich us. Reading and drawing are moments of pure inspiration and reflection for me, spaces where creativity can flow freely. But I don’t stop there: I enjoy expressing myself through sculpture and painting, two artistic forms that allow me to bring emotions and visions to life. I’ve had the privilege of participating in unique experiences, like camping trips immersed in nature, which taught me to live in harmony with the environment, rediscovering the importance of adapting to its rhythms and harmony.

However, there are also moments of relaxation: board games and puzzles are opportunities for leisure and concentration, while a walk outdoors or engaging in sports, both land-based and water-based, allow me to regenerate and feel alive. My passion for animals is another fundamental aspect of my life: I dedicate myself to their care with love, finding in them a precious companionship that enriches every day.

In recent years, I have developed a strong passion for photography and editing, worlds that offer me the chance to capture and highlight the beauty around me, transforming every shot into a unique testimony of what I see and feel. I am a curious person, always with an open mind, ready to discover new activities that can enrich my life and, perhaps, become new passions. As in the case of the art of mixology, where creativity blends with taste to create unique sensory experiences.
