Description

After spending a long time living in busy cities, I’ve started to miss a slower and more natural way of life. This journey is also special to me because I’m travelling together with one of my close friends, and we hope to experience different lifestyles, meet new people, and learn from local cultures.

I enjoy meaningful conversations, nature, animals, cooking, and simple daily moments. For me, Workaway is not only about travelling, but also about connecting with people and experiencing life in a more genuine way.

HOLA everyone, my name is Cristal.
I speak Chinese, English and Spanish, and I enjoy connecting with people from different cultures. Whether it's helping with translation, welcoming guests, or simply sharing stories over a meal, I love getting to know people and learning from them.
Cooking is one of my favorite ways to connect with others. I can prepare authentic Chinese home-style dishes and would be happy to share a taste of my culture with you. At the same time, I love discovering local food and learning family recipes from different places around the world.
Animals have always had a special place in my heart. I have a pet care certificate and experience caring for cats and dogs, as well as other animals. My cat, Liao, is already eight years old. He is a very shy little gentleman, so he won't be joining me on any adventures, but I would be delighted to show you photos of him if we meet!
I have a driving licence and am happy to help with shopping, transportation, daily errands and general household tasks. I don't mind physical work and enjoy being hands-on. Gardening, planting, painting, organizing, DIY projects and maintenance work are all things I would be happy to learn and help with.
I am naturally curious and love trying new things. Even when I have no previous experience, I am always willing to learn carefully and give my best effort. One of my favorite things is documenting what I learn each day, because I believe every new experience teaches us something valuable.
In my free time, I enjoy singing. If you'd like, I can even share some Chinese songs with you during a relaxed evening after work.
Through Workaway, I hope to step away from the fast pace of city life for a while and experience something more meaningful and closer to nature. I look forward to meeting interesting people, sharing cultures, learning new skills, and creating memorable experiences together.

I believe every place has its own story, and I love contributing my energy, skills, and curiosity while learning from the people I meet. For me, Workaway is not just about helping with tasks—it’s about cultural exchange, meaningful connections, and experiencing life from a different perspective.

I’m an easygoing, positive, and curious person who loves meeting new people and experiencing different ways of life. I adapt quickly to new environments and genuinely enjoy learning new skills. I’m always happy to help, whether it’s practical work, taking care of animals, supporting daily tasks, or simply being an active and friendly part of the community.

I speak Chinese, English, and Spanish, so I enjoy connecting with people from different cultures. If you’re interested in Chinese culture or language, I’d be happy to share and exchange knowledge with you.

One of my biggest passions is Traditional Chinese Medicine and wellness. I’ve been studying it independently for several years and love sharing simple health and wellness practices. I can also lead a morning session of Ba Duan Jin or Ba Bu Jin Gang Gong, traditional Chinese exercises that help wake up the body, improve energy, and start the day in a positive way.

I have a driver’s license and driving experience, and I’m very comfortable around animals. I have my own dog, so taking care of pets, walking dogs, or helping with animal-related tasks is something I truly enjoy.

Another thing I love is storytelling through photos and videos. I have experience in content creation, photography, videography, marketing, and branding. I enjoy capturing everyday moments, beautiful landscapes, and meaningful stories. If you’d like photos, videos, or social media content for your farm, guesthouse, project, or community, I’d be delighted to help document life there and share its unique story.

In my free time, I love reading, writing, traveling, and exploring new places. I’ve traveled solo to many destinations, which has taught me independence, adaptability, and how to appreciate the beauty in small everyday moments.

I would describe myself as warm, responsible, open-minded, and enthusiastic about life. I enjoy both meaningful conversations and simple daily routines, and I believe a positive attitude and willingness to help can make any place feel like home.

I’m excited to learn from others, contribute wherever I can, and become part of a new community. I look forward to sharing experiences, creating good memories together, and bringing positive energy wherever I go.
