Hello there!

My name is Brieuc and I'm 40 years old.

Maried without children, Im an engineer and project manager of trade working in the renewable energy industry (building solar power plants).

On a year break (or so) since April 2026, I want to dedicate the next months of my life to meaningfull traveling and volunteering experiences.

Im trilingual (French, English and Spanish) and I had the chance to live in many places around the globe thanks to job opportunities or personal choices (France, Australia, England, Canada, Colombia, Reunion Island, French Guiana).

I consider myself as open-minded and I enjoy meeting new people and cultures to get new perspectives on life.

A nature lover in the soul and sporty, I'm always keen on adventuring into new spots to enjoy beautiful landscapes or the nature at work.

I always enjoy learning about languages and cultures. In addition to the 3 languages spoken, I also have a beginner level in Portuguese and Russian. I also worked as an English and French teacher in Bogota (Colombia) for 4 months back in 2017.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I consider myself a handyman.

In my previous work break, 10 years ago, I completed some volunteering experiences:
- farmworker for 2 weeks in an organic farm located in Lake Lenore (Saskatchewan, Canada) through HelpX;
- construction worker for 2 weeks in a natural house construction project located in Shawnigan Lake (British Columbia, Canada);
- farmworker for 2 weeks in a permaculture project located in Mizque (Bolivia);
- animal care for 1 week in an animal rescue center (Afasi) located in Santa Cruz de la Cierra (Bolivia);

Also, aside from my project manager career, I worked in many miscellaneous jobs: phone support agent, waste removal agent, wooden cabinet maker, delivery driver, warehouseman, farmworker, service technician, assistant cook, French and English teacher.
