At the same time you can enjoy Swedens most famous nature with lakes, forrests, mountains, calmness and still some summerlight nights.

Our old farm i located in the middle of silent nature by the lake, mountains, forests, wildlife and in Southern Sapmi, the land of the indigenous people of Scandinavia (Jämtland). We are yogateachers who moved to this far out countryside in 2016 longing for and finding nature, silence, fresh air and the best place for our retreat center.
We have a wild garden longing for plants and space, rooms needing new floor and windows and walls painting, repairing doors and steps, painting the little cottage, picking flowers and herbs for tea, preparing an out door fireplace, tuning the piano...
Our beautiful farm has no cattle, but 4 cats, and small cultivating fields. The cats are the reason why you unfortunately can't bring your dog to our place.
We eat vegetarian ecological food prepared together with love and respect. We do excursions or show you where to explore the wild nature nearby and visit old cultural places in the area, i e carvings from 5-8000 years ago.
There is possibility to join yogaclasses, gongsessions, mantrachanting, meditation, fascial maneuvers sessions and sauna.
The farm is located 20 km from the nearest foodstore, 80 km to the big city where you will find all you need included an adventurous open air museum (Jamtli) and shops, railway station, busstation and airport. There is a bus going into the city with some departures per day. Pick up from the railway station or airport can be arranged.

Knowing the cultural area in the northern part of Sweden. Connect to old buildings. If interested - participate in the spiritual life with yoga, meditations and fascial maneuvers from Human Garage. Living in respectful way with nature eating healthy ecological and vegetarian food. Totally drug free living. Experience the midnight sun.

Heavy work: Digging. Building fireplace with stones. Cutting trees and bushes.
Renovation: Renovate the guesthouse.
Carpeting: Building new staircase fence. Putting up new doors. Building new floors.
Painting: Walls, facades of little cottage, doors and windows. Repairing, painting furniture.
Special skills if you have: tuning a piano, repairing iron stove, painting artistic signs, digging, planting.

Hébergement
Shared rooms and dormitories with equipped beds.
Shared WC/privy and showers. If you stay for a while you can use the laundry for washing.
You will be part of preparing the ecological vegetarian food with us.
No use of drugs or alcohol is allowed on the farm.

Very limited public transportation. 20 km to the bus where we can pick you up and which takes you to the city (1,5 hour travel). Huge areas where you can bike, hike, swim, kayaking, row, run, walk, camp in the surrounding nature taking responsability according to the Right of public access in Sweden.
We do not allow any use of drugs or alcohol in our life on the farm.
The weather in this area of Sweden shift very fast and even in summer you have to be prepared with warm clothes. Rainwear is mandatory. And you will need clothes to work in as well as proper shoes.
There are mosquitos in this area in different amounts depending on weather, wind and season.
We are a HBTQ household and expect visitors to embrace that.
