Hi! I'm from Italy and this is my first time using workaway.
I would like to do a workaway experience because I'm looking for a community where I can meet new people, share daily life and work together toward common goals. I love expanding my perspective by discovering new cultures, ideas and different ways of seeing the world.
I’m a naturally shy and quiet person, so trying new things can sometimes feel challenging. But I believe that my personal growth happens outside my comfort zone and every time I take that step, I’m always grateful that I did. I enjoy learning new skills, meeting new people, and discovering experiences that help me grow.
I love being active, spending time outdoors, and going for long walks. Nature helps me recharge and makes me feel at my best.
I enjoy meeting new people, I believe every person has something unique to teach me. I enjoy being around people, even though I’m naturally calm and sometimes quite quiet. I’m not always the loudest person in the room, but I really enjoy meaningful conversations, reflecting on life, exchanging ideas and talking about different perspectives and experiences.

For me, Workaway is a chance to grow as a person, build genuine connections and create memories through shared experiences and mutual learning.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I like practical, hands-on work, even though I don't have professional experience in this field. Growing up in a family home, there have always been small maintenance jobs to do and I've often helped with them. I've painted walls, scraped and sanded old wooden surfaces before repainting them, done general cleaning, organized spaces, and helped with various everyday tasks around the house. I'm always happy to learn new practical skills and I enjoy seeing the results of my work.
I'm also a very active and sporty person. I've always loved practicing different sports and I feel confident doing physically demanding tasks. I feel in a strong body, enjoy working outdoors and don't mind getting my hands dirty.
In my free time, I play the guitar and really enjoy singing, especially when I'm with other people. I love sharing music and creating a friendly, positive atmosphere.
I'm adaptable, curious, and willing to help wherever I'm needed. Even if I don't know how to do something yet, I'm eager to learn quickly and always do my best.
