Puh, where do I begin... hiking, climbing, surfing (very much a beginner though!), snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, horse riding, anything in nature really... oh and eating good food! ;)

Description

These little boxes are always so difficult to fill - where only to begin and end... I am sitting, watching the sunset over the crops of my uncle's farm in Egypt, listening to music, my cat pushing me off my little pillow, thinking about where to go next and reminding myself to breathe... and take in the now. There are many principles I go by, one of them being to go where I feel alive... where I can be myself. Workaway has allowed me to do so on multiple occasions already - and I look forward to seeing more of all the worlds around us, crossing paths with people that will let me step into theirs and sharing a part of each other's lives 🌞

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I started studying Biology in September 2021 at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, majoring in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Within that field, I have participated in a marine research and conservation internship in southern Portugal, conducted species identification work in the Egyptian Red Sea, peeked into the daily work of a small veterinary clinic... and gathered a few more, 'hands-on' experiences in my daily life. These include farmwork (I worked on our family farm, joined a permaculture project in the Egyptian Sinai and WWOOFed in France, Workawayed in Spain), gardening, maintaining different households, cooking, cleaning, tutoring languages and other subjects, helping my grandmother - and others - with technology (we all know how it is), some photography here and there.
