Description

BENEDETTA
I am an illustrator, traveller, drawing teacher and concept artist for animated films. I grew up in a large family with many siblings and it makes me happy to live with other people, get to know new points of view, overcome my prejudices and create sincere relationships.
I respect the environment and believe that nature is the teacher of life and should be protected.
I love the mountains and hiking very much, and since I was a child my father used to take the whole family to the Alps. A habit we have continued to this day.
I travelled for a year as a woofer in Italy, working with small families and farms, and this experience enriched me a lot.
City life often leads to nervousness and rushing around, meeting deadlines and schedules.
Now that I have created a family of my own, I also want my little baby, born in 2021, to experience a different way of life, where it is possible to be together, face new adventures and learn from others.

RICCARDO
Riccardo is a curious person, who is interested in understanding how people behave. He is keen on observing things, evaluating potential improvements, and resolving issues.
He loves the delicate balances of the Earth and experiments with ways to reduce his impact through small, everyday actions.
He likes learning musical instruments, already playing drums and piano; practicing sports and outdoor activities; playing board games.
He is a web developer, with a casual interest in technology.

We have a wonderful son, born in 2021, who loves books, ride his little bike and play with toy cars

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

A great passion of Benedetta's, as well as her job, is drawing. I specialise in cartoon design, but I also teach life drawing, to beginners and experts, and make caricatures for events such as weddings.
I have travelled to South East Asia offering my drawings in exchange for hospitality, also participating in associations that care for the local area.

Having been a volunteer on farms for one year in Italy, I have some knowledge of agriculture and permaculture.
My speciality in the kitchen is sweets, but I am also good with some traditional Italian dishes.
My English is good enough to make myself understood (and to teach drawing in an international school in Rome).

We love sports, music, role-playing games, card games and board games.
Riccardo has practiced various sports such as swimming, basketball, martial arts, competitive archery and climbing.
He loves playing the drums and has an excellent sense of rhythm. He has studied music in the conservatory.
Although he does not have a long experience as a teacher, he has a natural aptitude for wanting to transmit his knowledge and make the concepts as clear and simple as possible.

Benedetta has done various sports, loves climbing, and also practices activities like yoga.
We have always chosen to get around by bike, minimizing car use.
We have a lifestyle that tries to be minimal, limiting things to the essentials and taking care of them.
As parents, we are happily facing new challenges and discoveries, which are reflected in our son's evolutions.
