Hi there! 👋

My name is Beltrán, I’m from Spain and currently travelling around Southeast Asia. I studied Law and Business Administration and have worked in consulting and legal-tech projects, but right now I’m taking time to live as a digital nomad, learn new skills and share experiences with people from around the world.

I’ve lived, studied and worked in different countries (Spain, Belgium, Indonesia…), so I’m used to adapting quickly to new environments and cultures. I speak Spanish (native), English (fluent), and some French, and I’m always happy to practice languages with other travellers or guests.

Skills I can bring:
– Help in hostels/guesthouses (reception, cleaning, organizing, customer service).
– Languages & communication (translation, chatting with international guests).
– Cooking & basic maintenance (I love cooking simple meals and helping with daily chores).
– Digital/tech skills: basic website content, social media, or organizing projects.

I’m social, reliable and respectful, and I like to keep spaces clean and positive 🌿. In my free time I enjoy discovering local food, reading, hiking, snorkeling, playing chess, football and talking with people from different backgrounds.

I’m looking for volunteer experiences in hostels, eco-projects or community places where I can help and learn from locals while meeting other travellers.

I’m a very flexible person and I enjoy adapting to different environments. Here are some of the skills and experiences I can bring as a volunteer:

Hospitality & Hostel tasks 🏡

– Experience helping in hostels and guesthouses: reception, check-in/out, keeping common areas clean and organized.
– Good with guests: I like creating a friendly atmosphere and helping travelers feel welcome.

Languages & Communication 🌍

– Native Spanish, fluent English, conversational French.
– Happy to help with translation, practicing languages with guests, or assisting with communication in international environments.

Cooking & Maintenance 🍳🔧

– I enjoy cooking for groups and can help with kitchen tasks.
– Handy with basic maintenance, cleaning, painting, and organizing.

Digital Skills 💻

– Experience with social media, creating simple content (photos, posts).
– Background in law & business consulting → good at organization, admin, problem-solving.

I’m open to helping wherever is needed — from hostel reception to gardening, cooking or community projects. I enjoy teamwork, but I can also work independently and take initiative when needed.

In my free time I like to keep active and explore new cultures. I really enjoy football (watching and playing), and I’ve recently been training more seriously in chess (still learning, but I love a good match with fellow travelers).

I’m also into books and philosophy – I like discussing ideas, history, or just sharing stories from the road. I’ve visited more than 25 countries so far and I always enjoy exchanging travel experiences.

Other interests: music (I collect vinyls back home), cooking simple meals for groups, and organizing trips or activities. Friends usually say I’m good at bringing people together and keeping things organized while still making it fun.

I’m open-minded, curious, and always happy to learn something new – whether it’s a local recipe, a new language, or a traditional game.
