Description

Hi! We are Becky and Pete, a married couple who left the 9-5 world 2 years ago with the goal of attracting a more peaceful, creative, and travel-filled life! We're motivated by cultivating meaningful connections with others, helping underserved communities, and healing through various modalities. We have experience and resonance with plant medicine and meditation. Pete has a zen background and end-of-life doula training, and works as an artist, psychedelic medicine advocate and spiritual mentor. He also has lost of experience in construction, building methods, digital technologies, and web development.

Becky is a licensed mental health counselor, art therapist, and sound healer. Becky is also a mixed media artist and dancer and has a passion in lindy hop (swing dance). We are both artists in general and love working on our side project business of apparel design and tie dye!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Pete has a wide variety of experience, including a decade of carpentry/woodworking, 5+ years doing general renovation work- tiling, walls, floors, painting, etc. He also has experience in website development and coding. Additionally, he is trained as a death doula, and facilitates meditation and psychedelic integration individual and group sessions.

Becky is a licensed mental health counselor and art therapist. She has held various clinical roles including starting her own private practice where she facilitates talk therapy and art therapy sessions; with a special emphasis on teens and adults with autism and developmental disabilities. Additionally, she is trained in sound healing with crystal singing bowls.

Becky and Pete are both artists and would absolutely love to work on small or large-scale creative projects. Becky is feeling called to explore working with animals! Both Pete and Becky would be excited to learn about farming and gardening- they are both (mostly) vegan.

We are silly and fun-loving and seeking new adventures!

Becky is an avid swing dancer (lindy hop), and has experience in other types of dance. I would absolutely love to learn dances typical of places we travel to!

Would love to know more about cooking meals with local ingredients, and learning more about special beverages or foods in areas we visit. We love cooking together.

We also love board games, especially fun and silly ones, or ones that have some strategy. We also enjoy learning and playing music- guitar, ukelele, bass, drums, and reading.

  Pete is lactose intolerant and a vegan. Becky is vegetarian, but heavily vegan-leaning
